Our charming house features five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a warm and inviting interior that will make you feel right at home. The two living areas are adorned with large windows, allowing you to bask in the natural light while enjoying stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen ensures that meal preparation is a breeze, and the dining area is perfect for sharing delicious meals with loved ones.

Step outside, and you'll discover a paradise of outdoor living spaces. Multiple seating areas provide the perfect setting for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail as you watch the sun set over the water. The expansive deck is equipped with comfortable furniture, creating an ideal spot for al fresco dining with a stunning view of the lake.

In this home, you'll find five bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper level, with a king-size bed, smart TV, and private half bathroom. Right across the hall are two more bedrooms, with a queen and 2 full beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom right across the hallway.

On the lower level, there is a billiards room two additional bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. The billiards room has a pool table, plenty of seating, and a 70-inch smart TV! The first bedroom is filled with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (a total of 4 beds), a smart TV, swivel chairs, and lots of games, including board games! The second bedroom shares two full beds with a mounted smart TV.

There are two and a half bathrooms spread out across this home.

The main bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a large stand-up shower/tub combo. The master bedroom features a private half bathroom with lake views! The lower level includes a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and stand-up shower.

The open kitchen is located right in the center of the main living area, and is loaded with a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods). The main living room is on the upper level, attached to the kitchen & dining areas. Lots of comfy seating on an oversized sectional, a large smart TV, and a separate seating area tucked away next to the main living area, with some additional seating & tabletop games to enjoy!

The second living room is on the lower level, equipped with a large smart TV, comfy sectional couch, and Air Hockey/Ping Pong Combo table!

-Must wear Life Jacket when using Kayak
- Any house rules broken is grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Our property provides you with a unique opportunity to enjoy the lake, amenities, backyard, and fire pit. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that lake, stairs, and campfires may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the fire pit (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests. Because the water level in the lake fluctuates and can be as low as only a few feet, no diving off of anywhere is allowed. By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
