„I only stayed one night because of an event in Brainerd. I found it odd that I was asked to deal with my own garbage, but if thats what it takes to stay here again for the same event next year, that is no problem. Communication overload but I understand now since there's no one there checking guests in. Love the security coded door... took me a minute to figure out, but that's human error. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Would recommend to anyone!“

„The boathouse is quiet, clean and peaceful. Checking in was seamless and communication with Sue was as easy as it gets. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for more! Plenty of things to do in the area or stay on the property and enjoy the kayaks, swimming or relaxing on the docks with a beverage. Will definitely be coming back again! “

„Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you! Two items of note: 1) when we took the cover off of the hot tub, there was LOTS of sand in the hot tub 🙁 2) when we arrived, the two FULL garbage cans were at the end of the gravel driveway and were tipped over and MANY full garbage bags of trash were strewn on the road and adjacent hills. Maybe an animal had tipped them over. We tried our best to pick up the loose garbage and re-bag it in several new garbage bags. 🙁“

„Gorgeous property and landscaping with beautiful flora and a lot of green space for yard activities. Patio area was great with its lounging furniture, gas fire pit and cooking area (grill, griddle, fridge). Home decor very nice, and can sleep a good number of guests (we wish there had been more plates and bowls to accommodate same). Exceptional, large beach for kids - all sand, no weeds, shallow well beyond the end of the long dock - and we made fun use of the available kayaks, paddle boards, ...

„Stayed here for 4 nights with spouse and 3 family members. Nice clean cute cabin. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Fishing was productive and the lake is very clean. The only drawback was being so close to BIR and the loudness during the races or practice or whatever they were doing. But since we were on the water or exploring the area we didn't hear too much of it. But in spite of that we totally enjoyed it!“
