„one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.“

The location was perfect—10 minute drive to dreams park/downtown, yet nestled in a cute, woodsy neighborhood. „I stayed here while my son attended Cooperstown. Very quiet and relaxing. The bathroom was great and the kitchen had all of the amenities. Only drawbacks - The bunkbed I used was a bit difficult to get in and out of and most of the windows did not have any curtains, which made my son and I bit uncomfortable at night since it was so dark in the woods. We ended up putting sheets over some of the windows so people couldn't see in.“

„Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter.“

This room is difficult to navigate due to the “attic”ceilings but it is unique as can be with many fun nooks and crannies. It was hard for my 6ft 2 husband. Hosts are fantastic and other rooms in the house would be perfect.“

We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!“
