"This hotel is a good option if you are planning to stay in Aerocity: it has a very good breakfast, and it’s located very close to the Square. They also provide bottled water free of charge, since in general tap water is not drinkable in India. I want to leave a special thanks for Mithun, whom I ran into when leaving for check out. He took care of our room during our stay, and not only the room was spotless, but also he is pays attention to every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant."

Great hotel and extraordinary service staff!

"I have stayed several times in the hotel over the years and everytime it was a great experience. Facilities are clean and food was authentic and very good! Also the service and attention to detail is extraordinary. Just an example: Staff (Mr. Preeti) made a lovely towel doll as a present for my daughter back home, which was really appreciated by my little one! Will for sure return to the hotel on my next trip!"

"Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht dem Shangri La Standard, den ich aus anderen Häusern kenne. Die Terasse ist oft für Privatanlässe gesperrt. Ständig steigen laute Inder-Parties, die man bis sehr früh in den Morgen bis aufs Zimmer hört. Die Hotelvorfahrt ist total überlaufen und ein ständiges Geschrei und gehupe. Nein, hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin."
