The stay at the property has been terrible. There were multiple issues that we faced during out stay at the property.
1. Nowhere on the property's page it is mentioned that outside liquor is not allowed. When we arrived at the property they said it is mentioned. I later found it is mentioned that Outside food is not permitted. I was carrying 2 bottles of alcohol, they said if you want us to permit the same you will have to pay INR500 per bottle and then only we will allow you to carry the same with you. I had no option but to pay or where else would I throw the bottles. This is their way to make money.
2. I have never seen a hotel where the power cuts so frequently. The power was going off so frequently. We were unable to sleep as there was power cut in the morning for good 2-3 hours. On top of it their Air con was not even working.
3. Their check out is a long process. They take good 15 minutes to prepare the bill and do not care about your time.
5. They charges my credit card with INR3000 as a security deposit. When I told them not to charge the card and take a pre authorisation like all the other hotels do. They did charge my card. When i was clearing the bills and I told them I will pay the bill via UPI and made the payment and later they are refunding me with cash and not refunded my CC.
Please think twice before booking this hotel. Horrible experience.
