3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer.
2 der Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten, Flachbild-Fernseher und Schieberegler auf der privaten Waterfront-Deck. Was für ein Ort, um Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen, während Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder ein Glas Wein am Abend genießen!

Die zwei vollen Bäder. Eines mit Dusche / Wanne und das andere mit einer großen begehbaren Dusche.

Schöner Wintergarten / Leseraum mit schöner Aussicht.

Draußen gibt es eine schöne blau-Stein Terrasse, eine große Terrasse außerhalb von zwei der Schlafzimmer und ein Dock / Deck direkt am Wasser.

Es gibt auch eine große Außendusche mit Ankleideraum.

Schöne Gasfeuerstelle im Freien!

Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles andere ist inklusive Haartrockner, Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtücher, Kaffeefilter, Töpfe und Pfannen und Müllsäcke zur Verfügung gestellt.

Dennis hat 16 Strände am Meer und in der Bucht. 3 öffentliche Golfplätze sind in der Nähe. Wir mögen den Bass River Golf Course.

3 km von Dennis Dorf mit Geschäften, Eisdiele und Restaurants.
5 Minuten Fahrt zu den schönen Stränden von Cape Cod Bay (Corporation, Mayflower).

Ruhige Gegend mit kilometerlangen Naturpfaden gleich um die Ecke.

Haustiergebühr beträgt zusätzliche $ 50 pro Aufenthalt. Außer für wöchentliche Aufenthalte, wenn es $ 100 pro Aufenthalt ist.

Kleine, sandige Bereiche auf beiden Seiten des privaten Docks. Die Größe des Strandes hängt von der Jahreszeit ab.

Dies ist eine ruhige, am Wasser gelegene Gegend. Kilometerlange Naturwege führen hinter dem Haus und am Teich entlang.

Perfectly lovely
Pictures show exactly what to expect - it’s a cute, cozy, well decorated and nicely located house perfect for a weekend getaway. We loved bringing our pup, the kids loved using binoculars to watch the pond wildlife, and the adults enjoyed a comfortable home for relaxing. We rent homes often for our getaways and this one is high on the list of places we would return. Meg was thorough in all communication and I have no doubt she would have immediately jumped in to assist should there have been any issues.

Better than imagined
A week on Flax Pond in the Sunrise Cottage was pure bliss. The house is homey & well appointed with multiple seating & viewing options. The beds are super comfortable. Meg is the best hostess we’ve ever met. She responds immediately & with genuine kindness. The walking trails are great & the dog had a blast. The Ring Bros Market has excellent food & prepared food & they deliver! We planned our trip around the full moon &, with the reflection, got double full moon energy! We love this place ‘ will return.

Terrific!
The house has lovely views and is thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Our stay was so very comfortable. The new beach toys were perfect! And the pond was amazing, clean and quiet, with conservation land edging half of it. Two sit-on-top kayaks and two paddle boards were supplied. The host was very responsive.

The view of the pond from the kitchen and deck is a memory I keep coming back to; so tranquil and lovely. Our family has vacationed in Cape Cod for many years and we loved the location, close to Captain Frosty's!! A family fave. Perfect getaway. Beautiful, waterfront property.
We recently spent a week at Sunrise cottage, and our experience was truly exceptional. The cottage has everything we needed, and so much more. Flax pond is especially private and peaceful, with much of the surrounding land being conservation area... but also holds tons of room for fun and adventure. Even on our coldest days my husband enjoyed fishing from the dock and most days kayaking this expansive, sandy-bottom pond. The water is so clear and clean. We enjoyed watching the ducks and ducklings dive and splash around - especially first thing in the mornings. Oh the mornings! They are spectacular at sunrise cottage. This home fills with light in the mornings, and made it the perfect start to every day. This is also a great location, and central to everything Cape Cod has to offer. So many great restaurants, museums, markets and quaint coffee shops - even off season there was always plenty to do. We were especially pleased with the amount of hiking, walking and biking trails available. You can truly walk just about anywhere. Lastly, Meg was the most amazing host. Super responsive to our questions (literally within minutes), not to mention extremely kind and accommodating. Meg was certainly the cherry on top. Thank youuu! This was one of our most treasured vacations and we will undoubtedly be returning.

The perfect retreat
Sunrise Cottage is perfect in every way. I was looking for a quiet spot to relax and recharge with friends. The pond is so pretty all day long, and between the view and the warm fireplace we never felt the need to leave. I brought my dog and hiking through the conservation land was a treat. Beautiful cottage with a spectacular view over looking the pond. The house was clean and well decorated with a great setup. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities you need. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The house has a cozy comfortable feel right when you walk in. We had coffee in the mornings sitting on the deck and Nothing beats the morning view of the pond!!

Wonderful property all around
We would definitely consider staying here again. The home was beautiful, warm, and inviting. On entry, everything looked clean and tidy. There were lots of nice decorative touches throughout. Plenty of surface area to put your stuff down on. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Outdoor areas were well kept with lots of places to sit and hang out comfortably. We saw a beautiful sunrise out over Flax Pond through the big picture windows that overlooked the pond and enjoyed watching the little ducks dive for food. It was easy to find good food and conveniences within a quick ride and a little longer ride let us enjoy the Cape Cod scenery. Our host Meg was great to work with and answered booking questions nearly immediately and provided an excellent list of things to do in the area. Things we had to take care of were putting the provided clean bed sheets and pillowcases on the beds and removing them afterwards and taking care of trash and recycling. We weren't asked to launder sheets and bath towels, but it was suggested it would be helpful to start the laundry, which we did, and it was easy enough with the laundry being on the main floor hallway. The home had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We all loved it!

Pond living is great!
Sunrise cottage was everything it advertised and more. We had 7 in our group and the house was perfect. We kayaked, noodled and lived in the pond. There was lots to do close by but everyday the kids wanted the pond too! Hope to be back here many times. The host is exceptional and this place is a winner!

Beautiful, Well-Cared for Property at Serene Pond
This is such a beautiful property that is meticulously upkept in all aspects. The owner obviously loves this property and it shows everywhere. The layout was clearly well-thought out both inside and outside. Seating areas are aplenty and tucked away in really thoughtful places. Everything is well-stocked - nothing was missed. All of the details are well selected and considered (beautiful glassware, soft throw blankets, nice smelling candles, high-quality linens, etc.). We were actually shocked that pets are ever allowed - there is zero evidence of any animals ever having been here! And the location right on the very quiet pond can't be beat! We absolutely loved this property. We didn’t want to leave. The house was the perfect size for the five of us. We were close to the major beaches and many restaurants. But honestly, the best part was the access to the pristine Flax Pond. We spent many hours there kayaking, relaxing on rafts and paddle boarding. Our dog learned how to swim there! She also never wanted to get out:) It was truly a fabulous spot! We came home relaxed and rejuvenated.
