„The apartment itself is nice but if you get there after dark it is very dark &you have to walk up a staircase that is poorly lit. To reach the location to park you have to drive thru a dark alley where there are run down homes that looked like junk yards and people gathering about-almost looked like homeless camps.“

„Property was in a good location close to downtown. Problems included no adult table and chairs for eating meals, loft access was dangerous and not up to code, no living room area, bed was just a piece of foam thrown over an old mattress, really poor layout that has potential but not being used. No shelving or closet space along with a complete lack of counter space in kitchen and bathroom.“

„The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay.
