You will enter through the beautiful entryway in the front yard that is covered, so no need to worry about the rain, or through the large 2 car garage that you will have access to which leads you to the home.

After entering the home you will be welcomed by 20ft vaulted ceilings with sky lights! There is a private staircase that leads to the laundry room should you need it as well. The living room is equipped with a large 50" smart tv that will allow you to stream any services you desire. The living room couch is a large sectional that is fitting for sleeping that can fit one person comfortably as well as plenty of room for our large queen size air mattress.

As you walk past the living room to the open concept you'll notice a large dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is featured with stainless steel appliances. This space opens you up to the large yard that has fencing situated to split the yard between the home and the apartment downstairs which are completely separated with no shared spaces.

When you walk outside you will notice a large deck with built in seating, a propane grill, and just down from the deck there are outdoor chairs as well as a wood fire pit for those beautiful Colorado nights.

Heading back inside there are 3 bedrooms (1 master) and a large bathroom with plenty of space for all your personal items. As you walk down the hall to the bedrooms you will notice a nook with towels. You will also notice a smart thermostat which will be utilized for your heat/ AC, as this home includes central air.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen memory foam bed (sleeps 2) with large walk-in closet and access to the bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen memory foam bed (sleeps 2) with a large closet.
Bedroom 3: Twin Trundle with 2 mattress (sleeps 2) as well as a 3rd twin mattress (Sleeps 1).
Living Room: Queen size air mattress (sleeps 2)

This property is a duplex with completely separate entrances, and a split yard so your entire stay will be unbothered by anyone else.
