Home Away From Home

We have stayed at several VRBO’s in Denver and I would have to rate this one the best so far. It was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the basement. It is in a very safe area and close to everything you would need. Chelsea and Stefan were very attentive to all of our needs. My family and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent, no complaints!!

Great location, very clean, nice new appliances, comfortable beds, plenty of room for a bigger group. We only had 3 so we all got tons of space! The kitchen was well stocked with all the right utensils; two professional chefs in our party and we were both satisfied with the kitchen setup- especially the huge sink, grill and crock pot! The hot tub was amazing and the slippers were a nice touch. Quick, easy drive to everywhere we went, and we went all over! RTD station is close by and super convenient for getting to and from Earth Wind and Fire/Lionel Richie at Ball Arena. A/C units worked great, much appreciated being that it was 90+ degrees out! Prompt communication with the hosts, we arrived ahead of schedule and had no issue checking in a little early. Very convenient having the washer and dryer on site. Loved the artwork in the basement!!

Best vacation rental experience ever!

I have stayed in many VRBOs and other vacation rentals. This experience has been hands down the best yet! The property owners were phenomenal and made every attempt to accommodate us as best as possible. They went over and beyond what I have ever experienced before to help when we had a situation arise. I 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great spot to hunker down for a concert

My family and I came I to town to see the greatest band who has ever graced the earth: blink-182. They’re back together with the core (not to be confused with original) lineup, but I digress… This property was close to Ball arena for our concert needs, but not too close. The home is well taken care of and quite roomy. There are lots of hidden gems nearby worth visiting: A taco shop / brewery within walking distance; a bottle shop; coffee and pastry shops. We had a great time visiting Meow Wolf (drivable) and visiting downtown Denver. Owners were very responsive when I texted with a few questions about the property. If I find myself in the Denver area again for whatever reason, I’ll definitely try to book this one again

Beautifully kept and clean

Great place for a family. Just be aware that no bedrooms can be accessed without going up or down stairs. There is a half bath on the main floor. As long as this is not a concern, you will love staying here.

Great spot

A really nice spot - super clean and has everything you need. Lots of space and would be a great home base. Delicious New Mexican restaurant across the street. The owner even went above and beyond to return a package that had gotten delivered late after we had left. My only constructive comment is that my dogs had trouble walking on the large gravel in the back yard and so it did make it tough for them to do so, even though there is a nice size space.

Wonderful vacation rental

The townhome was very clean, and had really nice extra touches like plush towels, k-cups stocked for the Keurig, and slippers for the hot tub. The location was super easy for getting to downtown Denver or to the mountains. The owners were incredibly responsive also. Overall, one of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed in.

Excellent location to get to downtown Denver.

Perfect location for our stay. We had a couple of events we attended at Ball Arena and it was quick and easy to get there. The home was clean and had tons of space to spread out with the two living room areas. Garage is tight if you have a large vehicle. Owners were very responsive if we had a question.

Great place just outside Denver

We enjoyed staying here during Thanksgiving week! Location was perfect for being close to Denver and easy for day trips around the area. Beautifully furnished, lots of space to be together or spread out. Nice to have snacks and coffee there until we could get to the grocery store on day two (store is very close). Got out for a walk around the neighborhood which was nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great property and location!

My extended family and I were in town for a family wedding downtown and this place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space with a huge basement and nice little yard space. We had our 5 month old with us as well and there was a pack n play at the unit so it was one less large item we had to travel with. Plenty of parking and close to tons of restaurants, breweries and grocery stores. Short drive to get downtown or to get into the mountains, Boulder, Golden, etc. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at the Wheat Ridge property. It was as advertised and very convenient to all of our activities. The space was very accommodating for our group of 5 adults, and having 4 bathrooms was a bonus. When we weren’t out enjoying the city, We had a great time just sitting out back and playing corn hole. The property offered wonderful kitchen extras that made it comfortable to cook our meals everyday; So we left behind additional seasonings, a few packaged goods and laundry detergent to add to them. We’d definitely stay again and look forward to returning.

Convenient to Red Rocks

We stayed here for a long weekend and a concert at Red Rocks. We were back at the house 30 minutes after the last song ended which surprised us but was great. The house is clean, well stocked and would easily sleep 10. With 3 full baths and one half bath it would be great for a group or larger family. Couple things not noted in the listing that might be helpful… they have provided some welcome snacks and they do have Keurig coffee pods next to the Keurig. About the only negative thing we experienced was the house was a bit too warm for us and the thermostat wasn’t easy to use. The owner was responsive and changed the temperature with his phone when we asked, but it didn’t start at that setting long enough to cook the house down much. We had to sleep with the windows open so there was some noise due to that. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but would have been nice to be able to control the temp more easily. We had dinner at Clancy’s Irish Pub just down the street and the food was really good. All in all a very nice place and we would stay again if we were in the area.
