Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
Everything was going well for 3 days in a row out of my 9 days stay. Until my rental got damaged when parked at the hotel parking garage that the hotel does not own. The parking garage is property of the city. Something that was never disclosed to me when I checked in. The hotel nor the city took responsibility of the rental repairs. It had to go through my insurance and had to pay $500 out of pocket to pay my deductible in other to switch to another rental. This was a very stressful moment due to being out of town to visit my dad who's at the hospital. And to have this happened to me in a place where I don’t know anybody is scary. To top it off when I checkout I realized that they were trying to charge me for parking for the rest of the time i was there. Mind you I stopped parking inside the parking garage starting that Tuesday night after I found the rental damaged that Tuesday morning. I normally dont write reviews but I had to share my experience to save others from having to go through this. If it was not for this I would have given them a good review.
