The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and two nightstands. The third bedroom contains a full-sized bed and a twin bed, as well as a large dresser that provides plenty of space to store your things..

The second full bathroom in the hall has a tub. An additional half bath caters to the common areas. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and shampoo for your convenience.

The entertainment options are endless, whether you're engaging in some friendly competition on the foosball table or bonding over board games with the whole family. We're thrilled to introduce this exciting addition to our Arvada Airbnb, and we want you to know that it's a work in progress. We're committed to continually updating and enhancing the space to provide an even better guest experience, ensuring that your stay with us is truly exceptional. While our newly renovated basement offers a fantastic entertainment and relaxation area, we want to inform you that it does not include bathrooms or a kitchen. Guests will still need to make their way upstairs to access the bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
