Super modern
This little condo was spic and span clean, modern decor, and beds were super comfy. Nice location. Only negative the lights were out on the front and back porch. The garage is an added gift - our big SUV fit perfectly. Cute little neighborhood and such modern furnishings. Kitchen was SO nice. All we needed and more.

Very nice unit; But a few little things I suggest - 1) all of the chair seat/back and base were loose at the dining room table; just need tightened. Always wiggled when you sat on them. 2) the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and slid around when you sat down. I tightened it myself. Couldn't find any simple tools, so I used mine from my car. 3) the bathtub drain stopper would not seal. My wife was very disappointed not to be able to take a hot bath . . . while on vacation!

Beautiful Townhouse, Good Location
Walk in and you are in an open airy environment. The kitchen and pantry have everything you need if you want to cook. Second bedroom was a great place as an office if you are working during your stay. Host is very accessible if you need anything. Short drive to Coors field, Downtown Denver or Boulder. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink close by. Things to know - if you want to watch TV it is all streaming, so bring your passwords. No shoes in the house. I would have brought by slippers if I have known this ahead of time. Overall experience was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Get your pedi before the trip--shoes not allowed
The townhouse was well decorated, clean and had high end floors, countertops and cabinets. The kitchen was great with very nice appliances and a pantry. The location was convenient and in a safe area. Communication was good and we were able to check in early. Our biggest issue was that the listing did not say that you couldn't wear shoes in the house. One of our travelers and one visitor was elderly and this made them especially uncomfortable. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to the point where we didn't even use it. The beds were also a bit firm. There was no washer and dryer accessible as stated in the listing. It must have been in the locked basement as was the additional square footage in the listing. The TVs did not have cable so they were a bit challenging to work and we didn't have channels we wanted. We don’t see how the townhouse would sleep six people which wasn't applicable to us but worth mentioning. With just two queen beds, the only other options would be the uncomfortable couches. There is not much parking other than on street parking behind the home. The garage is small with no way to fit two vehicles. One Dodge Charger was a tight squeeze and challenging to park. Overall, we liked the townhouse—just a few issues.

Quick trip to Arvada
Home was very clean. There are extra perks such as coffee station, many kitchen accessories, hygiene products. Unfortunately the air mattress would not stay inflated so one guest had to sleep on uncomfortable sofa. It was warm upstairs sleeping but the owner provided fans. Our vehicle didn’t fit in garage so we parked on street behind the facility. The area was nice so no issues with parking there.

Beautiful Spot!
Two of us traveled to Colorado for a girls trip and to catch shows at Red Rocks. This townhome was perfect for us! Plenty of room for us to have our own space to relax for a few days. The home is beautifully decorated and the host has thought of literally everything to make it so accommodating! It’s in a perfect location for checking out a show and other area attractions, close to restaurants and other convenience spots (grocery, drug stores, etc). Will definitely be back the next time we travel to the area! Thank you!

Cute property with modern amenities
The location was perfect as we were a 5 minute drive from family. Had a small problem upon arrival as the electronic entry didn’t work but host was quick to respond and have a solution. Very clean and comfortable beds. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the keurig but nice appliances. Garage is very small and a tight fit if you have a larger vehicle. We did have an issue closing the garage door when we left, but I reported it to the host to check into it. Very happy with our stay.

Adventuring from Arvada
This is a great location for anyone looking to go on adventures in the greater Denver area and it surrounds. From a concert in Red Rocks, to a ghost tour pub crawl to tubing to hiking to brewerying, it was easy to do it all from this lovely townhome in the quiet community of Arvada. Highly recommend nearby Sultan’s Grill is you have a hankering for Mediterranean cuisine. The garage is small so don’t expect to fit a big suv. Our sedan barely made it in.
