A really fun stay
We had so much fun at Dan's place. The house is beautiful from head to toe. We especially loved the living room - its a great space to hang out, many speakers and a record player. Would come back and absolutely recommend!

We visited for the bronco game and drive up to keystone for a day.This place was perfect for both!Just a walk to the stadium and close to many places to eat.The lake is close too.The place was very comfortable and homey.It had everything above and beyond the necessities.I wish we had stayed longer to actually enjoy the stocked kitchen and amenities.The host was super responsive tooThank you!

Over the years I have stayed in many vacation rentals and I can say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Super easy check-in, spacious accommodations, more appliances than I have in my own home, and every amenity we could have needed. Great location and space
Wonderful spot. I really enjoyed the top floor office with plug-ins for my laptop to be able to work with a large additional screen. The hot tub was a great touch and very comfortable in the evenings. There wasn't one thing that we needed that we couldn't find or was not there. There was some construction next door but I was told about this ahead of my stay by the wonderful host and it wasn't even as bad as I thought it would be. Hardly noticed and only happened during the day. Highly recommend this for your stay, lots of space and spread out really well for friends/family to have their own space. Walking distance to plenty of options for food/coffee/drinks and a beautiful walk around the lake. Short Uber to downtown for unlimited options. Look no further, this is the place for you!

We were visiting for an arts integration educator conference. Staying at a house was so much better than a hotel. It gave us a quiet space to discuss what we learned each day and decompress together. Beautiful place. We loved it!

This was such a comfortable place for our family of seven! Everything was lovely, and the snacks and coffee were a nice surprise. We were close to downtown, but there was not a great walking route, so we ended up driving, which was fine. Parking was not a problem.

Beautiful Townhome and central location
The property is beautiful and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. You feel right at home. We arrived late in the evening, which made it a little more challenging to ensure you found the right building. However outside of that, it was great! Live all the handmade wood pieces in the home, roof top deck was great. I would stay at the property again.

Perfect girl’s weekend.
We stayed at this property for our girl’s weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. They literally provided everything we could ever need. The townhouse was beautifully decorated. The rooftop hot tub was so nice and seats 6 people so it was perfect for us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Denver. The property manager was so helpful. Quickly responded to all my texts with helpful information about the area.

Amazing Stay!!
Will was the best host I have ever had at a rental property. The thought that went into every touch in the home was superior. It was stocked with amenities and toiletries. The house was in incredible condition and designed so you could spend time in each part of the house. The best part is the rooftop with views of the mountains and a hot tub. I had a personal emergency which required me to go to the ER and he extended our check out time and was so kind about everything. He checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we need and bthere were no issues. I can’t stay enough good things about the property and Will. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Denver.

Awesome house in great Denver location
Not only was this house immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, but the host literally thought of everything. He provided many little extras, such as coffee, snacks, toiletries, and paper products, which is so helpful when one is on vacation. The rooftop hot tub is awesome, the beds are super comfortable, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a safe residential area, a short walk from Sloan’s Lake and Empower field at Mile High, and a short drive to downtown and all the trendy Denver neighborhoods. Hoping to stay there again someday!

All the comforts of home
Beautiful, clean home with all the conveniences of home ( Keurig, coffee, laundry detergent, washer & dryer, extra toiletries, & paper goods). Multi level home with lots of stairs so not for the elderly or people with difficulty walking. It was fine for us though. Awesome rooftop patio with hot tub & towel rack. The host really thought of everything. Would highly recommend this property!
