The Space:
Perfectly situated in Sloan’s Lake near the Highlands and downtown, this new condo is nestled in a lovely secluded, yet centrally located neighborhood.

Our home has ample lighting and gorgeous design elements throughout! Hardwood flooring blankets the space and the impressive ceilings allow for the natural light to flow in. The vibrant, airy living space is highlighted with a Queen sleeper sofa, half bath, and a balcony to take in some fresh air. Make yourself at home with the electric fireplace, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, firestick, and Bose soundbar!

The contemporary kitchen boasts quartz countertops including a large island with plenty of room for both cooking and eating, stainless-steel appliances, and spacious cabinetry filled with all of the cooking supplies the chef of your group could want!

The 3rd floor is where you’ll find a full-sized washer and dryer, the master bedroom with an ensuite bath offering accessible features, and a Queen bedroom with a separate full hallway bathroom.

Take in the staggering views from the luxurious rooftop patio that overlooks the city and boasts a spectacular view of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. As you gather under the soft glow of the rooftop bistro lights, take advantage of the incredible aura that only vacationing can bring.

The Neighborhood:
Just on the cusp of Sloan’s Lake, this condo is in a desirable, yet secluded location. Sloan Lake is just a few blocks away and has beautiful city and mountain views with plenty of green space, events happening year-round, and paths surrounding the lake.

This captivating home overlooks downtown Denver and is close enough to get a real taste!

Centrally located near the Highlands and a short drive from the Pepsi Center, Convention Center, Coors Field, and several downtown activities, Denver is your oyster! If you’re a sports fan, the Broncos Stadium can be seen from the rooftop and is just a few minutes away, offering a thrilling hometown atmosphere.

If you brought family, the Children’s Museum, Downtown Aquarium, and several parks, are less than 5 minutes away! Stop by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to catch a movie and great service.

Visiting Larimer Square is a unique experience you won’t want to miss! There are year-round events, historic buildings, and indie shops that offer a fantastic atmosphere.

You can easily walk to the Highlands or downtown to find infinite trendy boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Be sure to check out Little Machine Beer or Seedstock Brewery for great vibes and even better beer!

Quick access to I-70 makes it easy to escape to the mountains.

No Car? No problem! Use the LYFT or UBER apps to get around town. Denver also has great scooter and car rental options for visitors like Car2Go, which offer by-the-minute rentals that can be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere.

The garage is unavailable, but street parking is very easy to come by. A car isn’t necessary, though! It's a great neighborhood for walking around and the home has plenty of space. We love walking and using Lyft!

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests' ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

There is a camera over the entryway that covers the front entrance.

Great Denver Location
This home has a great location within walking distance to the stadium and Sloan lake and short drive to Meow Wolf. This would have been a perfect stay, if not for the 3rd bedroom which is a very small converted office on the entry floor, with literally no room for anything but the bed. The half bath is the next floor up and the full bath is 2 floors up from this room. Very comfortable space for 2 couples!

Walking Distance to Empower Field
This is the second time we have stayed in this area and love the convenience to Empower Field, Mewo Wolf, Denver Art Institute, and the Denver Aquarium. Also, it is a great, safe neighborhood where you can walk and spend time in nearby park or at a great restaurant.

Excellent place just outside the city
This is such a cute rental! The rooftop patio was GORGEOUS for sunsets! Downtown Denver was under 15 minutes away and made for easy day trips to the city for tours and shows. We did rent a car so we were able to head to Garden of the Gods (highly recommend!!) but there was plenty to do downtown if you’d rather not get a rental and just Uber. We found a super cute Mexican restaurant (taqueria la familia) and frequented to Mexican bakery (Rosales Mexican bakery) nearby. Our last morning there was an emergency going on in a neighboring unit’s water and our water had to be shut off. The renter was very quick to respond to these concerns and investigate what was going on! I was very happy with their response time and friendliness when resolving this issue. I highly recommend them and will be returning to this unit in the future!

Plenty of room for 4 adults. Well equipped.Pretty roof top views. Stairs were not a problem. Maybe not great for very young/old.Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Sloan Lake,nice breweries and shops. Very easy taking Ubers into Denver. Arranged a bus ride which departed from a restaurant in Denver up to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert. Very convenient.

Only 5 minutes to downtown and ~25 minutes to Red Rocks. The townhome/condo was very clean and updated, no complaints at all.

Excellently Appointed Condo
Location of the condo was awesome - walkable to Sloan's Lake hip restaurants & coffee, close to park & grocery. And no more that 15 minutes away from any Denver place we were wanting to go on this trip. Condo is excellently appointed for a longer stay, more people, or for someone who wanted to prepare most meals. Neighbor hood was quiet, including the roof top terrace, which was a lovely way to while the evenings.

Wonderful Stay
Great experience. Perfect location and everything from booking to check out was wonderful. Fantastic location especially if you are going to a Broncos game! Great communication. You'll love this place. My only thing I would mention is there are lots of stairs so if that is an issue for anyone in your group this probably isn't the best fit for you. Otherwise it is FANTASTIC!

Perfect spot/size/location
We were in town for a family gathering - there were 7 of us that needed a place to stay and hang out in-between activities. This place was perfect. Great hang out spaces, the roof top for our morning coffee and the previous night's debrief was perfect, two full baths + the ½ bath met our needs - beds were real comfy, too. Would definitely book again.

Best Location Ever!
This home is beautiful and literally minutes from everything you would want to do in Denver! The roof top had stunning views and was so peaceful. My only advice is for the bottom floor room. The bed was fantastic but there was no room to walk or store a suitcase. The closet outside of the room worked fine but it was just a little surprise. With that being said I’d stay here 100 more times given the chance. It was the perfect vacation for our family!

Great space & location for family of four. Walking distance to Broncos Stadium. Easy 7-10 minute Uber ride to Meow Wolf and the Denver Museum. 15-20 min walk to Rail/RTD lines. Walking distance to beautiful Sloan Lake and nearby breweries. Wished we had more time to enjoy the rooftop deck with city views. Luxury amenities and bedding. We were happy with our stay. Note: Condo is 4 levels with 3 flights of stairs and the elevator is not in use. Families with elders, toddlers, or those with mobility issues may find it a challenge.

This property was nice and clean. Rooftop was lovely. Communication with the manager was easy as well as the checkin process. My only complaint would be the listing says 4 bedrooms when there are only 3, plus a couch. One of the bedrooms is also very small, and unable to fit even a suitcase which made it difficult to maneuver. Otherwise a stellar experience. Thank you!
