"The New Sleepover in Centennial " is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of Denver. You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to shops, parks and trails and I25 and I70. But you may decide not to leave Centennial since it has a vibrant shopping scene, great restaurants, and a choice of the best parks and trails in the Denver metro area.

Located on a spacious corner lot, the main floor offers a large kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home's floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.

Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio, a propane fire pit, offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. Horrible experience
Before we even booked this property, I confirmed a 12:00 check-in. This was confirmed by Bryan Looney. I even double checked on this twice before the actual check-in date. We never received the check-in information on the day of. In fact, it took myself, calling, emailing and texting, the other guest also calling and then two people from VRBO to finally get a response from Bryan. At that point VRBO was making arrangements to have us moved to a hotel. We finally received the information at 2:57pm. Almost 3 hours late. Because of this, this set us and 15 family members back three hours. This was extremely stressful. I asked for a refund for that night and Bryan said no. What a horrible experience.

Our Experience
Location was perfect on respect to being able to visit our family. Upon checking in, the trundle bed was dirty and hairy from a dog finding holey replacement sheet to put on. Several wet spots of dog urine that had not been cleaned. No pets allowed though? Spare bath had hair from previous guests so we cleaned. Outdoor furniture broke, one that wasnt my son sat in and it nroke. Couldnt eat outside table, not sturdy & filthy. Nails found in grass so kids couldnt play. Called host, he was going to refund fully but.had to leave. Not an option wanted cleaned. He indicated remove cleaning fee. Tried to cqll and or text again. Phone right to voicemail and no response. Feel a reduction in price would be fair as we did not have what was promised not.just cleaning fee. First bad experience we have had. You hear bad experiences but never had experienced this when having to pay so much. Will question our return. The Lithco/Caldera Family

Dirty dishes in the cabinet, someone else’s hair and dog hair on sheets, towels and carpet, laundry in dryer and no dishwasher detergent. House is otherwise as expected. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Nice location and house. Could have used more bath towels for our stay. Kitchen could use more coffee cups, glasses and it would be nice to have wine glasses. We didn’t use the outside area as the chairs should all be replaced. Few were broken. Location was great. Close to my Colorado family. One bedspread was dirty. Unacceptable, but we found another clean blanket to use. There were spots on carpet. There were a few other minor things. I informed the agent. But all and all I would recommend this property.

We booked the Sleepover to have our family under the same roof for Christmas. The house is exactly as described and suited us well. The manager was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The location is more towards aurora than I expected, but close to everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Relaxing quiet weekend stay
I rented this house for a long weekend to visit family in Denver and the house was perfect for what I needed, very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 kids. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and nice. The landscaped backyard was great, plenty of room for my kids to play and a beautiful patio to sit outside to have coffee or dinner even. Plenty of options for groceries, takeout, shopping in close proximity. Would definitely rent this property again.

The place was just as pictured, comfortable with plenty of room and a nice outdoor space. Some things might need an update as some outdoor seating was ripped and dirty, and it would have been nice to have a few more condiments, spices, available for cooking, matching dishes etc. nothing that couldn’t be worked around and we really enjoyed our stay, quiet neighborhood and stores just around the corner. Communication with the host was excellent.
