You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Denver Family Reunion
The house was very clean inside but smelled like cigarettes through out the house. The refrigerator was not working in the downstairs kitchen. The back yard deck was full of wasps nests. They needed to be removed before you could sit outside. The yard was full of weeds, sticks, trash and holes. You needed to be careful walking in it. We purchased wasp spray, air freshener, and sponges to wash dishes. The property manager said they would reimburse us but they never responded and deleted the chat. We were very grateful that they allowed us to have a family reunion there and we left the house in tip top shape.

Some good, some bad
Upon entering the house, the first thing we noticed was how dirty everything was. Dirty counters, dust everywhere, the walls were filthy, the ice tray outside the fridge was gross, the towels, while clean were stained as well as the bed comforters. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The backyard was pretty spare with dog poop on the ground and a spatula from the grill was also laying on the ground. The back door was beyond dirty. There is no air conditioner as listed, which I had to ask about numerous times, only to go through the listing company, then the maintenance person, then follow up to have the owner unlock the thermostat to discover there is no AC. Also the listing stated there was a hot tub. No hot tub. Hair in the shower that wasn't ours. Shower curtains dirty. The front windows did not have screens, so when we needed to open to cool off the house, bugs flew in. Then the front window would not close, we had to push it in and then it did not lock. The dishes are also minimal, I think there was only 1 or 2 glasses, the rest were plastic from all over. Lastly, the furniture was comfortable, but too closely jammed in the living room making it hard to move around. The arm chair's material is being held on by tape and has been chewed up by a dog I guess. The good part was we made due after not getting a refund and wanting to leave immediately. The beds were fine and the record player was fun to use. At least the company refunded my cleaning fee.

Beautiful property!
This property was not only extremely clean but also provided a immaculate set up. The kitchen and living room was very open and it was perfect for our group gatherings. As well as the basement living room which provided an great space for our group to gather and watch movies. Overall the property was beautiful and deserves 5 stars!
