Secluded on two acres & neatly managed landscaping. Enjoy Colorados unique, ever changing climate while relaxing with many outdoor living spaces to choose from day and/or night.

The most common feedback I have gathered regarding outdoor areas has been many guests have found themselves finishing off there perfect days before and/or after dinner hanging out together talking, playing music, games or inside with a fire watching a movie.

Beautiful place
One word of caution. We had almost no cell service (AT&T and Verizon) and the internet was down the entire 7days of our stay. I gave them 5 stars as this may not be a common occurrence and the hosts were kind. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family. It did force us to unplug (which except for the 3 out of the 6 of us who had to work) was a good thing. The house is nestled in the foothills and almost completely surrounded by trees. We got to see quite a bit of wildlife. We enjoyed driving the winding roads that lead to it. We drove around quite a bit to see other sites in CO and it was great to come back to this place each day. I would come back here.

Stay away. Fraudulent listing and poor communication
Although this is a nice property, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. When I booked it it was listed in two places as having a hot tub and there was a photo of the tub on the deck at night. When I got there, there was no hot tub, and there hadn't been one in that location for a while. I immediately contacted the renter, and got no response. Had to contact VRBRO an file a complaint before I got a response. I was promised a partial refund. They never followed thru. Eventually denying that there had ever been a hot tub in the listing. I have admissions to such and screenshots of the listing. Following up with VRBO didn't yield results. I paid too much for a place that didn't have the feature I was specifically looking for.

Wonderful!
We were in the area for a concert in Denver but we are not really city people so we chose this house. It was definitely the right choice!! The area is beautiful, the house was cozy, clean and we felt right at home! There were other houses nearby but it felt secluded. We absolutely loved watching about 15 deer walking all around the yard! I did have to contact the owner about something and they were very responsive and helpful!! We will definitely stay here again when we get to Colorado again!!

Family holiday
Although the property is nice, beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, I was overall disappointed in the communication with the host, Dorothy. Our trip was a late Christmas celebration with my family from Utah, Colorado and Kansas. Upon arrival we started dinner prep, and the range/oven went out. It appeared to be a circuit breaker issue. It wasn’t repaired until the evening of our second day. This resulted in going out for two dinners and breakfast. Our plan was to cook all meals together. While the host tried to resolve the problem, she also expressed her confusion to me regarding the range not working since it worked for her the week before. This felt like she indicated it was my fault with no understanding or apology expressed for our situation. After our stay, I reached out to Vrbo requesting compensation for the meals we had out. The home is much farther from town than I expected, it was snowing and driving was a challenge. I was extremely disappointed. We were unable to use much of the food we brought. VRBO reached out to the host two times regarding my request. I received NO response from the host.

Perfect for families
This was our second stay with family for Christmas. Spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming in a beautiful mountain setting. Host was very responsive when we ran into a problem with a shower head in one of the bathrooms and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful stay in the Evergreen area. Plenty of activities within a short and always amazing drive. The home was very nice and suited our family well. Great outdoor spaces for watching the stars or passing wildlife. Would recommend!

Girls trip to Red Rocks
We loved the scenery and privacy of the property, however it would have been nicer to be closer to town. We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and the swichbacks were tricky at night. Would have enjoyed having more patio furniture to take in the beautiful views.

Wonderful getaway!
The house is wonderful - it’s exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our family dinners. and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck, watching for deer and elk. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for business and was able to bring my wife and son along. They felt completely at home and we all slept well on nice beds in peaceful bedrooms. Plenty to do within a 20-minute drive. Not much going on closer than that, but we enjoyed the solitude.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Be prepared for windy mountain roads, and some dirt and gravel roads to get to the property. But that makes the views better than ever!

Excellent stay, quiet and cozy
My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We felt instantly comfortable and at-home as soon as we arrived, as did our pup. This property has all of the amenities you could need, and then some. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and this property was very conveniently located for this. Check-in and out process was easy and seamless. The only issue we ran into was controlling the ceiling fan in the living room - the remote didn’t seem to work, but this was a very minor issue. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality!

First off I never rent "dog friendly " places. You can always tell. Yet my sensitive nose could only smell the cleanliness of the house. Lovely home. Comfortable beds. Great views. Owner was great. Great Red Rocks getaway!
We arrived at night and the road to the house is long but the directions were perfect. We were in town for a Red Rocks concert and this was a perfect place to spend a couple days. The trip to the theatre is short and direct and in the opposite direction of most of the concert goers so it was an easy in and out. The home is well stocked and comfortable. Dennis was great to communicate with... we had a date change and he was very accommodating. Thanks for everything! You are so lucky to have this place as your get away!

Needs updates
The cloth furniture in the home had a strong cat urine smell that kept us from sitting on them without putting down covers on them first.The deck outside needed to be replaced as the boards were old and warped as was the top rails that needed to be sanded or replaced as well. The washer and dryer did not work properly and were not user friendly. The rain shower controls were partially broke and did not work properly. The kitchen was very nice and had all the proper utensils that one would need. The view outside was very serene.

Great long weekend!
This cabin was just perfect! Nestled 5 miles from Evergreen in quiet beautiful mountains, we could not resist just relaxing on the decks and taking in the quiet and all the stars! Red Rocks is about 35 minutes away with a scenic drive that helps you avoid all of the traffic! Lots of amenities in the cabin with ceiling fans to help cool down after a warm summer day. I really can't think of anything that I suggest guests should take for their stay here. Very comfortable for the four of us! Dennis is very responsive and answers your questions before your stay. Highly recommend!
