The reception at the front desk was very friendly but took 30 minutes, because the technology apparently was not properly mastered. After a long flight a no go! In addition, the competence of the reception varies greatly according to the time! If two ladies are at the reception, they are mostly competent. If only one person is there, it is usually a housekeeper or incompetent lady for this important area! The room is as in the hotel pictures very modern and well equipped. The room smells extremely detergent, especially the duvet and sheets! I got allergic reactions and tiredness! The Sauberkait is poor! In the bathroom black hair from previous tenants, under the table hard breadcrumbs and other dirt, also very loud you can hear his neighbors speak clearly and clearly and it sounds like you have no wall between them. In addition, the housekeeping is insufficient, because there is no housekeeping instead! On demand on the second day without housekeeping, at the lady of the housekeeping on my 4th floor she told me that she still had to make a room and then came to me, since it was already 5pm and the room dirty as in the morning! I waited an hour but she did not come, which I find impossible! On demand the next morning at the front desk an incompetent lady told me the only check out room to be cleaned by just 3 housekeeping ladies, but no rented room! I asked if you were serious!
