„On arrival in Dereham at Mattershal, we were greeted by property manager, who was very friendly and helpful showing me and my fiance around the property. Definitely would go back there in future. I love how clean and decorated it was, everything you wanted was on hand, property set out in it's own private surroundings, quite and peaceful, love it thanks.“

„Lovely setting, very quiet although no one else was staying in the other 3 lodges when we stayed. Loved watching the boats going past whilst sat on the veranda. Frequently visited by ducks and a heron. Village had everything you needed and the bakery at the marina was great for coffee and pastries. Lodge clean and today with everything you needed for stay.“

„Violet Cottage was a great little find in a perfect location to explore the Broads. It’s a perfect little wooden lodge with its own garden. Every detail has been thought of giving you everything you might need for your break including a welcome cake. A well equipped kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Two comfy chairs for reading, watching the tv or just observing the nature on your doorstep.
