We are a dog-friendly property, and your furry friends will love exploring the 5 acres of land. There’s an additional $50/pet fee to ensure we can keep the space clean and welcoming for all guests.

While Triterium is a perfect location for small gatherings and celebrations, we ask that you inform us in advance if you're planning an event. This ensures we can accommodate your needs and make your experience seamless.

The Neighborhood:
Desert Hot Springs is located in the Coachella Valley and is renowned for its natural hot springs, which draw visitors seeking relaxation and therapeutic experiences. The surroundings are characterized by scenic desert landscapes, with expansive views of the mountains and arid terrain. It's a great spot for those who appreciate natural beauty and serene environments. There are opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, with nearby trails offering picturesque desert views. The nearby Joshua Tree National Park is a popular destination for hiking and nature exploration.
Getting Around:
While the home’s secluded location provides ultimate tranquility, you will find that most amenities and attractions are within a short drive. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility, although ridesharing services are also available. The SunLine Transit Agency operates bus routes in and around Desert Hot Springs, connecting the town to neighboring areas like Palm Springs. Routes like Line 14 serve the region, but bus service may be limited depending on your location and schedule.
Other Things to Note:
» Per Riverside country ordinance, primary guest must provide name, address, and ID after booking.
» Pool heating avail for $200/day (3-day min = $800) - must be requested 1 day in advance. Not needed in summer.
» Due to desert weather, the pool may get dirty quickly. We schedule 3 maintenance visits per week to keep it clean.
» The pool is shallow and NOT for diving. Children must be supervised. Swim at your own risk.
» The trailer in the front yard is decorative and not for use.
» Loud music, parties, and street parking violations are prohibited by County Ordinance.
» Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM.
» Trash must be kept in proper containers and out of public view.
» Maximum occupancy: 6
» No smoking allowed
» Violating rules may result in fines, citations, or eviction.
» A signed waiver is required upon booking confirmation.
