New Complete Renovation!! Pics!! The Beach Daze home is a gorgeous vacation home in Destin’s premier ocean community, Villages of Crystal Beach!! Only a short walk away from the sandy beaches of Destin, and features amazing amenities! With a luxurious pool complete with a spa and oasis bar area, the Villages offers it all in a private gated community!! Features a full game room with classic arcade games, 2 wet bars, 2 balconies, and new paint, furnishings, TV's, and décor! Fun & Luxury!!

The space:

Amazing community location within 1 mile of 57 Restaurants, 18 Attractions, and the crystal sandy beaches of Destin!! Amazing corner lot! Resort style pool with hot tub and bar! You have full use off the entire 3,000 sq. ft. home with private 3 car driveway parking! This beach daze home has been completely renovated as of March 2021! This first floor offers a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with bar area, dining area, laundry room, and an amazing open living area! The 2nd floor offers a luxurious king master bedroom with your own PRIVATE BALCONY!! It has a comfy sitting area with a large TV! There is full walk in bathroom with another TV, wet bar, built in closet, and crib area. 2nd king bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd floor is where all the FUN happens...entire game room with a classic pinball machine, arcade racing machine, multi classic 2 player machine that includes all your favorites, Marvel vs Capcom machine, karaoke machine, and X-Box with a drawer full of games!! This fun filled floor also has 2 separate bunk bedrooms with a full bathroom, wet bar, 2nd laundry room, and huge covered balcony with great views!! CHECK OUT THE PICS!! The entire house sleeps 16 and can accommodate 10 adults and 6 children as 4 of the beds are bunks. The Villages of Crystal beach is one of the only communities in Destin that provides FREE shuttle service "Sandy Express" to and from the beach during the "peak" season! This is also one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Vehicle Charger at no extra cost! Reminder: This is a NON SMOKING property!

Guest access:

The Oasis pool is wonderful and large compared to the number of homes in the community. There is also a hot tub spa in the pool area along with a tiki bar. Arm bands will be furnished and must be worn on the property in the pool area at all times. There is also a shuttle service that runs to the beach and back until 4:30 pm during peak season.

Other things to note:

This is one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Car Charger for Tesla/Leaf/EV's!! Note that there is only room for 2 large vehicles in the driveway. It can fit 3 small to medium size vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited. They will have vehicles towed. There is an overflow community parking area around the pool, but it is limited in spaces and not guaranteed. Golf carts are not allowed in the Villages, this includes rentals. THERE IS NO SMOKING at all on this property! Not in the home, on the patios, or in the driveway. This is non flexible, as we stay there often as a family and I have family members with severe asthma. Please respect this rule or your deposit will be forfeited and you can be asked to leave. Also this is not a Pet friendly home. No Pets allowed. Thank you.

Thanksgiving week vacation
Family vacation, great location to beach and to the mall. Easy booking and check in process. Owner answered all questions. House could use a good cleaning, owner was very specific about not getting sand in the house and it had sand in it when we arrived. The bed on the 2nd floor was broke and we reported to owner and on the check out day he replied back stating he would let housekeeping know about the bed.

Destin summer vacation
House it’s very nice and very convenient for shopping and getting to the beach overall the house it’s in great condition there is a couple things that need to be addressed the mattresses on the third floor are completely wore out , the cleanness of the house was not the best , there appears to be a roach problem since we got to see them abouT 3 times over our 5 day stay , other than that great place for a big family .

Great location, property, & pool!
The house is perfect for all ages. We had 7 adults/teens and 6 children and it perfectly accommodated all of us! The property is walking distance to pool! Owner was so good at communication and super nice! The house was clean, spacious, and set up so nice! We will definitely stay again!!!

Property is showing some wear and tear. Had to mop the kitchen and living room, dirty and sticky floors. Washer needs to be replaced, makes loud noice when spinning. NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE. We had five cars only three can park in front of house. Pool area has eight parking spots available! Always full. To far to walk to beach with my grandkids. Was told there was a trolly to the beach. Asked the owner where to catch trolly and got no response. Asked several people in the complex and they were not aware of any trolly.

Excellent House
My husband and I got this house for our wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend. It was the PERFECT house for our friends. It was clean, spacious, & provided the amenities that we needed for our guests. Communication was easy as well! The only downside is parking & the was Keurig not clean. Other than that, it was AMAZING & perfect for our wedding party!

Cons: Packman worked but none of the other games worked. Found a dead cockroach in one shower. Pros: Kitchen had several pots, pans, crockpots, & griddle. They had a wagon and a decent amount of beach toys available. Pool was very nice and we were close to the beach.

Our family of nine stayed here four nights while at our stay in Destin. There were some highs and lows that we wanted to take the time to share. The house was very clean upon entrance. The pictures posted didn’t do it justice. The living room/kitchen area were more spacious than we expected. The layout of the house is perfect. We liked how everyone had their own living “quarters.” While the kitchen was accommodating, there weren’t as many pots as we needed, so keep that in mind. The dryer downstairs did not work, so my Mom had to make trips to the 3rd floor to wash clothes multiple times a day. The washer door upstairs was broken, and both washer and dryer are in a small closet so it wasn’t ideally operational. That was an inconvenience as our Mom is older and making trips up and down the stairs wasn’t ideal. We spent months trying to find a house with a nice game room for the kids to keep them entertained when we weren’t at the beach, so this house seemed perfect. Unfortunately, the car machine didn’t work, although they did make an attempt to try to fix it. We reached out to the owner about a few things while we were there, but some things were never addressed. One of the major disappointments was how far the house was to the beach. According to the ad, we were under the impression that the beach was minutes away by foot. It took us about 15 minutes to get there, only to find out we were only limited to use the public beach portion, which was a very small part of the area we had walked to. The shuttle does run (nobody has the schedule) but if you plan on taking a wagon, chairs, etc, using the shuttle isn’t ideal. You can also drive there, but then you’re left looking/paying for parking. If you plan on making frequent trips to the beach, we would recommend staying on the beach, or at least at a place that has their own beach access. Overall, the house provided us with what we neededamd was beautiful, but just be aware of the condition of everything upon arrival.

Great location. It was about 1/2 mile walk to the public beach access and the gorgeous swimming pool was literally a block away from where we stayed. House was very clean. Property manager was very receptive to anything that came up. Perfect for our family of 13.

Nice location and great house !
Me and my family had plenty room and a great stay. The only thing I would change is having more credits in the game room if you have 8 kids it’s gone in one day bring your own gaming system if you want them to have something to keep them occupied. Everything else was great !

Fun trip
Didn’t have much communication with owners but if I messaged they were quick to respond with answers. Property was plenty spacious and clean for us. House has some wear and tear (Master shower not draining well, tub faucet handle broke off, stair walls needed paintand. Upstairs race car game not working (one reason we picked this property.) Very minimal bath towels, soap or paper towels. Upstairs sheets in white bunk room had no elastic so sheets could not stay on. My son slept with no sheets all week since we couldn’t find any back ups. Also any extra blankets in a closet somewhere would have been nice. The location is quiet, pool was nice. we walked to the beach every day in about 15 mins. Felt safe and a Nice neighborhood. I don’t typically do reviews but thought some of these points might be helpful.
