Captain Jax is a vacation rental home in the heart of Destin, Florida, on Holiday Isle!

For an unforgettable family vacation, you must consider our amazing 5 bedroom home, located a mere .3 mile walk away from the private beaches of Holiday Isle. With crystal white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and enough sunshine to fill your soul, there's no better place to plan a perfect beach getaway. You have all the comforts of home, a private pool, full-size washer and dryer, and plenty of outdoor and indoor space to kick back and relax. Let's walk you through our little piece of paradise!

When you first enter the home, you're on the second floor. This is where you'll find the fully stocked kitchen, huge living space, and dining table seating - all with mesmerizing views of the canal. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both offering Queen-size beds and a Jack-and-Jill shared bathroom. The wrap-around deck gives you all the feels, with ample seating and a charcoal grill!

Upstairs, on the 3rd floor, is where you'll find your gigantic master suite. With sweeping views, and a huge amount of space, this will be your secret oasis while on vacation. The master suite bath offers a soaking tub, walk-in shower, vanity space, and separate toilet room. There's also a closet just outside the room's entrance, and you have your own private deck out back. Seriously, the views from this room are epic. . ..and you may never even want to leave!

Down on the ground floor, you'll have access to your waterfront deck space and a new private pool. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor and a bathroom. One room offers a Queen bed, while the other room has a Twin over Full bunkbed. Your washer and dryer are located on the ground floor, as well as an extra full-size fridge and sink area. This is one of our favorite spaces to chill and sip on a cocktail (or mocktail!)

The private beach access .3 miles away, a very easy walk. We provide 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas you can easily carry to the beach.

This home has a private pool (heated for extra cost during winter). Dimensions/Depth detail: 27ft L x 9ft W, beach shallow end 7in, gradual increase to 4ft deep

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

**This property is NOT handicap accessible. There is not an elevator in this home available to rental guests.**

NO BOAT DOCK AVAILABLE - Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted at this home.

*** This home has noise monitoring devices installed on the primary and second level in the open spaces. These devices do not record and only measure the decibel levels in the home. Do not tamper with these devices. Reminder: events and parties are not permitted in our home. ***

** Stays more than 25 nights must be paid in full 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy is also different than shorter stays - inquire before booking for more info. **

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
