Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are inside the apartment. Additionally, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are provided for your safety.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •

Can I check in early?
We'll confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It's best to plan for a 4 PM check-in, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have luggage storage?
We don't have a secure luggage storage facility.

Do you offer daily cleaning?
Daily housekeeping is not offered, but we can arrange it for an additional cost if needed.

Do you replace towels and sheets?
We don't usually replace towels and sheets during your stay. However, we can schedule a light clean with towel and sheet replacement for an extra fee.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, guaranteeing complete privacy and comfort.

Ideally situated near Downtown Rochester, The Village of Rochester Hills, The Paint Creek Trail, Great Lakes Crossing Mall, Oakland University, I-75, and M-59, our location makes us one of the top destinations in Rochester Hills!

HOUSE RULES:

• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed, up to 2 pets only. Please clean up any accidents promptly to avoid odors and stains.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. Late check-out is not allowed as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge.

• SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in outdoor spaces, including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable).

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Be mindful of the neighbors as this property is in a quiet neighborhood. Police involvement due to noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: Please treat our home as your own. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Notify us immediately upon discovering any damage or loss.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or gatherings are prohibited. No guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME:

Visits and Property Access: We will always notify you in advance if there is a need to access the home, and no one will enter without your approval, except in the case of fire or life-threatening situations.
