„The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know.“

„Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room. Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go.“

„The building had the lock drilled off so the door was unlocked, we got in, the place stunk so badly we all felt sick. There was mouldy bedsheets, food left in the house and the condition was disgusting. Could not get hold of the host. We are utterly disappointed this property was still available to book, it looks abandoned and should never be available for bookings. I need a refund please. Thanks“

„We arrived on Thursday afternoon and the pool was closed. We only booked this Resort in order to have a pool for our young four-year-old. The pool was closed again the following morning when it reopened, it closed for lunch for two hours, and then when we were swimming, we were asked to get out of the pool as the relief lifeguard had not turned up. On Friday night there was supposed to be a kids disco but nobody turned up to do that either. The staff were amazing but the management was ...

„Good apartment for 3, very clean and well maintained. Both the double and single were ensuite bedrooms. Linen and towels supplied. Coffee,tea, sugar, milk,water and pepper and salt all supplied. It saved us going shopping on arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want in a good position for seafront and town and days out.“

„Very pleasant stay room well equipped and very clean. Hosts were polite and informative. Very well positioned for babbacombe downs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.“
