„We arrived on Thursday afternoon and the pool was closed. We only booked this Resort in order to have a pool for our young four-year-old. The pool was closed again the following morning when it reopened, it closed for lunch for two hours, and then when we were swimming, we were asked to get out of the pool as the relief lifeguard had not turned up.
