The cabinets are all labeled, so we found everything we needed. We had a little mis-hap and broke an item, and the owner/manager was thoughtful and supportive. We had a great time and hope to stay again! “

Jason was an incredible host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Though the location is a little remote, that's what makes it charming and allows for wonderful wildlife encounters like wild turkeys and even a skunk family. I will definitely stay here again if I have to be back in trial in Placerville!“

„A family illness nearby caused us to need a house and we were glad to find this custom home overlooking the American River. It is spacious, nicely furnished and totally peaceful. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. We only used the master suite bed which was especially comfortable and had cozy linens. „I booked the property for a birthday party with some friends and our final destination of the day was Paul J tasting room where our friends surprised my wife being there and we all stayed at the house for the weekend and had a great time and everything was clean and comfortable throughout. “

I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood.
