„This was an awesome choice for a three night stay in the area surrounding St. Johns. We were welcomed with little considerate touches which included a welcome note and some toiletries, which was not expected. It was super comfortable and super quiet...not a soul in sight, which was perfect for us. Chris replied to every message i sent and was a super host. thanks!!!“

„This property was so warm and comforting, and the owners were so amazing with the in/out process! The little things that they offer for the comfort of home were above and beyond. I would 1000% recommend this as a must stay. The views are unreal!! The hospitality is unmatched! Absolutely gem! It’s always stressful traveling abroad alone but this guesthouse made all that seem irrelevant! Thank you so much and look forward to staying with you again!“

„We stayed at Harry's Place for two months and cried when we left. It is like staying with Nan and Grandpa if they had updated appliances. It feels warm, secure, and comforting. The property managers live right next door and are very helpful but not obtrusive. „Labour Day weekend 2023 five women had a girls weekend at this property. The hosts had many thoughtful amenities we Particularly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The location is scenic and convenient though the traffic was a little noisy when trying to sleep as the house is on a busy street. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other visit in the area.“

„Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide Häuser sind liebevoll eingerichtet, waren sehr sauber. Es war alles da, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist fußläufig (5 min) zu erreichen. Die Umgebung hält einige schöne Wanderwege bereit. Sehr freundlich waren die Nachbarn, die uns spontan zu einer Bootstour eingeladen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Urlaub in der Natur und fernab von allem Touristengetummel machen wollen.“

„We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house.“

„Sehr nett eingerichtetes B&B mit dem sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber Todd. Tolles Frühstück. Leider ist der Router bei voller Belegung des Hauses offensichtlich zu schwach. Die Einwahl in das Wifi war zeitweise gar nicht möglich, weil alle Zugangspunkte belegt waren. Da auch der TV-Empfang ausschließlich über Wifi möglich ist, funktioniert dieser dann leider auch nicht.“
