The private garden cover over 2 hectares of lands there is a beautiful private swimming pool equipped with elegant sunlounges and umbrellas for shade, close to the pool there is an external kitchen with electric stove, Barbeque, table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals.

Villa Perla is a traditional white stone building of Apulia and covers over 320 square meters, owner elegantly furnished in order to offer the most comfort stay to its guests, there is a covered patio which thanks to a sliding windows can become a large dining room facing the garden, the entrance door leads to a bright living room with sofas and satellite TV, open plan kitchen fully equipped with all amenities needed. The night section of the villa features 7 luxury suites all with double bed each room has its own bathroom with shower or tub.

The villa is located in a very silent area surrounded by olive groves, the nearest town is about 2 km away and offer all services needed, Adriatic Coast about 2 km, mostly a rocky beach, the white Salento beaches are less than 30 km. the beautiful city of Otranto is 30 km; Torre san Giovanni 30 km; Gallipoli 40 km, Lecce Airport: 47 km.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 10am

Security deposit (Refundable):
1000 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Tourist tax if required depending on time of year
