„We booked a unit in the basement so it was a bit dark and also pretty outdated, not exactly a luxury condo as stated on the website. That said, our stay was fine, we had everything we needed and it was very clean. The rest of my family was staying in a main floor condo a couple of doors down and it was quite a bit nicer than ours so it seems that all the units are a little different. The 10:00 am checkout was way too early, we were all scrambling to get out on time. “

„We were in Lethbridge for my adult daughter's ringette tournament and this home worked so well for our family!The house was incredibly clean!! The beds were comfortable. People in my family thought they felt like hotel beds! (I wasn't sure if I would like the memory foam but it was totally fine.) My husband said that it was one of his favourite holidays and having such a great home to relax in (including the pool table) was a big part of that!Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!! ...

„This property smells very strongly of cigarette smoke and is absolutely filthy. We had to wash everything we owned when we returned home to get rid of the smell. The main floor bedroom was covered in very long black hair. The bedding was dirty. There was dirt, lint and garbage beneath every piece of furniture. Every closet had massive piles of dust. Every wall, baseboards and all surfaces were covered in old grime. I sent an email to the owner once we returned home and their answer was it must ...
