„I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond. “

„The grounds are wonderful. Staff was all kind and helpful. Great place for relaxing and swimming. The room we had over looked the lake and it was great to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night out there. The only slight down was it was dated. “

„The windows could not be opened, and the A/C was very noisy. That means either you have sticky air, or you suffer from A/C noise. Breakfast is poor. Everything else is average. Staff is nice.“
