„Staff was cordial, beds and pillows were very comfortable and really liked flooring instead of rugs. A negative was someone was smoking in their room near our room and it billowed out into the hall. There was water behind peeling wall paper and hoped there was no mold. The tub was peeling as well. Unusual since hotel only a year old. “

„Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “
