„Beautiful Newer Home, Quiet, Very Comfortable We wanted to buy it we loved our stay so much!“

„Pros: livingroom and kitchen were fine. Older, but clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Area easy to beaches and shopping. Cons: yard needs TLC. Master bedroom access is through the only bathroom or through the other bedroom. No hall access. No problem for us, but if we were with another couple would have been very uncomfortable. “

„First of all the place is as described if not better when it comes to the amount of space. It was clean on appearance. Unfortunately when we went to get in the bed the sheets did smell like they were left in the laundry wet too long and maybe not dried all the way. We did have two fresh Bath towels but no washcloths or any hand towels. Beware of coffee pot! We had read the reviews prior about having no coffee there so we made sure to stop and get some ground coffee for the coffee pot and ...

„This is an older unit but lots of fun here. The owner has added little touches to dress it up. I will have to say that the King Size bed was the most comfortable bed to sleep in and the Fridge looked brand new. There were a few things we needed while there and the owner was very prompt in getting it for us. We had a nice 3 week stay. “

„The Lemon Shack is wonderful. All of the thoughtful details provided by the hosts were spot on. Everything you could ever need for a beach vacation was provided. Excellent communication from the host. The house was very clean and well stocked. Can’t recommend this place enough. “

„Most properties are still in bad shape from hurricanes. Paradise cove in lemon bay looks great , no signs of damage. Owner was great and seen him out doing improvements daily. Pool coming soon. Highly recommend Paradise Cove if you’re truly looking to relax in peace and comfort. Everything you need is also here as far as laundry room and stores that you can walk to. Also private beach and fishing which my dog and I used daily. Thanks Paradise Cove “

„We came home to visit family for the week. The home was centrally located to all my brothers as well as convenient to shopping. We escaped the Virginia snow storm to enjoy the lovely pool and privacy. “

„When we first walked in it seemed very nice and clean. After a few days I started to notice things that are missed while cleaning. Corners are dirty, ceiling fans could use wiped down and underneath the beds was sadly sadly neglected. Very noticeable when the floor is all ceramic tile. Handle to open the freezer is broken off and missing. Only left the roll on the wall for toilet paper not even 1 spare roll. The house is a great size and nicely decorated. Backyard is great too. „Saw all of Dearborn Street including the Blues club. Beaches were great!“

„Convenient location to restaurants and stores. Backyard waterfall and hot tub were relaxing. Nice stock of towels, spices and hand/dish/laundry soap. Not a fan of the sand in the backyard. Was impossible not to track it inside. Will keep this rental on our list for future stays. “
