„Good!“

„We stayed here because it's close to Chimelong, which we spent 2 days at. It was clean, facilities nice, rooms were orderly, the restaurants and food were great. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. Simply moving my arm would cause shockwaves that my wife would feel from the other side of the bed. But because sleep is very important in a hotel, I can only give 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5.“

„We had book a non-smoking room which it wasn't. We asked for a change to non-smoking and they said it would take a while due to the rooms were still being cleaned. While we were waiting we were then informed there were no non-smoking rooms in that hotel. Later that day in the 2nd smokers room we noticed that the whole bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Room itself has potential if they would put a bit more care into the place. Location was not as good as anticipated but ok if you like ...

„Trendy, sophisticated capsules with plenty of privacy. The hotel is a walkable distance from the Macao border but is not in Zhuhai Gongbei shopping district. Staff do not speak English but are still helpful. Facilities are slightly aged. Hotel is difficult to find due to the absence of house numbers on the street but the main hotel image helps. It is behind a security hut off the main road.“

„Love the access business lounge package. It came with late check out option (till 4:00pm). Nice view with HZMB. Spacious & clean room. Very professional staffs. Nice to walk along the board walk by the water. Wonderful experience.“

„Very convenient location as it is just located next to the Zhuhai-Macau customs. Great hotel to stay if you're intending to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, but the hotel is quite a distance from the other Zhuhai attractions (e.g. Zhuhai Port Shopping Plaza, Zhuhai Fisher Girl, etc) Hotel entrance is located to the right of the main exit of Hengqin Port Shopping Mall, but can be hard to find initially as it is not prominent. Breakfast at TownSquare cafe (level 5) is above average, but the food ...

„地點環境很舒服，有一種遠離繁瑣的感覺。導航清晰，自駕遊不是問題；兩日一夜的手續辦理和汽車進出安排，洽好有細心的前台職員 - 菜菜協助，夜出逛美食街不成問題。 每層走廊盡頭都有觀望台，日夜氣氛滿有特色，我們碰巧露天溫泉區還沒有開放，相信也不賴。 房間簡約而細節精緻，內部配置充足，較欣賞有不同的燈光組合配對了不同個人需要，加上窗外的緩坡叢林的風景，真的有旅樹山居體驗。“
