Truly slope side! About as close as you can get to the Tamarack Express lift, Sasquatch Ski Haus puts you FRONT + CENTER to all the Tamarack Resort action! This 3BR/3BA ski in/out townhome is located on the Lower Encore run with stunning mountain views, giving you a front row seat to the day's pow conditions. Stunningly remodeled w/ a private hot tub, our favorite features include a finished BONUS ROOM (extra 300+ sqft of space!), private hot tub, pellet stove, AC, + walkable to the Village!

Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, award-winning golf at the Osprey Meadows Golf Course, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.
You will have the entire home to yourself. Full unit with fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, attached 1-car garage, + private hot tub.
You'll have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails.
Sasquatch Ski Haus has ample charm and incredible location, situated in the coveted Golden Bar neighborhood--this ideal location is truly SLOPE SIDE, is ski in/out to the main chairlift (Tamarack Express), has miles of hiking/biking trails right out your back door, and is walkable to the shopping/dining/entertainment in the Village at Tamarack. The home has been beautifully remodeled to include a renovated kitchen, new flooring and paint, and a rare treat: a 300+ sqft bonus room in the walk-out basement (a prized townhome addition). The pellet stove creates the perfect après ambiance, and we love how the indoors + outdoors are integrated between the spacious elevated balcony (complete with propane grill) and the lower patio, both of which offer incredible mountain views. You'll also enjoy air conditioning in those warm summer months! Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

FUNCTIONAL FLOOR PLAN
The open-concept main floor living area is bright and inviting, accentuated by freshly painted white walls and black custom cabinetry in the kitchen. There's plenty of seating between the large island and cozy breakfast nook. The mountain views are absolutely incredible out of the numerous west-facing windows, and you'll surely enjoy spending time BBQ'ing from the elevated deck while taking in the scenery. Stretch out on the large sectional with a good book or cup of coffee in front of the roaring pellet stove. There's also a full bath (walk-in shower) on the main floor.

The primary suite is exceptionally private on the upper floor (king-sized bed). You'll have access to a large walk-in closet and spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and soaker tub.
GUEST BEDROOM #1
Located in the daylight basement with access to the back patio and hot tub, the first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed; it also offers access to a jack/jill full bath.
GUEST BEDROOM #2
Also situated in the daylight basement (additionally with access to the back patio and hot tub), this bedroom shares the jack/jill full bath, and has a twin/full bunk bed.

We can't get enough of this bonus room! Very rare to find in the Tamarack Resort townhomes, you'll appreciate this extra 300+ sqft of living/sleeping space. Not only does it have a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests, we love the ambience of the electric fireplace and built-in shelving; kids will especially love the cozy reading nook!
OUTDOOR LIVING
Sasquatch Ski Haus is a wonderful blend of indoor luxury and convenient outdoor mountain access. You'll enjoy an elevated deck with patio seating off the main floor which offers unbelievable mountain and chairlift views! There's also a patio on the daylight basement level. A soak in your private hot tub is the ideal way to après or unwind after a day on the mountain. The 1-car attached garage provides excellent storage space.
