„Very clean! Summer time would be better so we could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the river that's right outside the back door. There was some garbage behind the shed that didn't look good but with the weather being cold we didn't spend time outside except to walk and let our dog go potty. Other than that, it was cozy and a nice stay!“

„Needs some small fixes. We had a blast on the river, playing cornhole, hanging by the fire, and using the game room. However, the foosball table was not there. The owner was so easy to get ahold of and exceptionally helpful. His goat Oreo is a gem“

„This property had everything we needed! I went with a group of 12 people and we were all accommodated comfortably. The host was very gracious and a timely communicator. Went up for a Ducks game, short drive (5-8 minutes) to downtown and campus. Grocery store nearby for everything we needed, restaurants, and Spencer’s butte park for great hiking. 10/10 stay, highly recommend for large groups!“
