„Wir haben den Wintergarten mit Meerblick sehr oft genutzt. Scheiben waren nicht geputzt, haben wir selber gemacht. Abends treffen sich junge Leute mit Autos vor dem Appartement, daher abends nicht ruhig. Insgesamt ist das Appartement in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat zwei Wintergärten und eine Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion.
