„Absolutely everything about our stay here was perfection. The property was immaculate in every one of the 5 dwellings. Loads of extra towels, sheets, duvets and blankets etc. Heaps of glassware, and plates, cutlery etc. Everything you would need for a memorable gathering of your nearest and dearest. Considering it's such a beautiful property, Gina was remarkably laid back and down to earth. We took our little staffy along with us for our family 21st celebrations without an issue. „We had 3 generations under one roof, amazing house with outstanding well cared for garden's and then the amazing views. Beds were incredible, the best beds we have slept on at book a bach. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. David was great, and met us onsite when we arrived, and provided great communication through out the start to finish process. Overall the best stay we have had at a book a bach. We will definitely be back. ❤️ “

„Hello, everything was really good, well described, easy to find, good amnesties - we loved the place a lot. We we did not like at all was the security camera in the kitchen, dining and lounge. The camera lights were sometimes on - that’s how we spotted it. That is not compliant with NZ laws - the owner did not inform about it. There is no written hint, not on bookabatch, not in the description in the house, not mentioned by the owner verbally. Please be aware of it. Cheers, Volker“

„Great location with lovely views and walkway to beach, however upon arrival there was no hot water & smoke alarms had been removed from ceiling. Kitchen lacks a lot of kitchenware to cater for 6 people and there was no notice to say the water could not be drunk. Bathroom facilities are the original ablution block with only shower curtains and water pressure bad. Can only have one tap running at a time or there is no water. Seating in lounge not adequate for 6 people. Grounds untidy. Beds were ...

„A new, well presented and well proportioned home for family of five (plus dog). Light and clean inside with large deck outside. Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass.“
