We stayed at supper 8 in dover Delaware. Upon arriving, the woman at front desk was not very friendly. Our room # 126 was the first room. And when we first got in the room, there were probably over 100 plus dead bugs all over the room. We went to the office and spoke with a gentleman this time. He switched our room to 233. Upon getting into that room. We went to turn the heat on, because it was in the mid 30's. The heat was broken. And also there was something all down the refrigerator and all over the floor. There also was crap in the toilet. So then we call the front desk again, he said they would send someone to fix the heat. After a half hour, I called the front desk again. And said I need the heat fixed ASAP. He had no one on property to help us, so he switched our room once again to room 228. Once we got into this room, it appeared to be at least bug free, and the heat worked. But not double beds like we wanted, no remote control. But its now after 4pm and we are tired of moving from room to room. And this room was a little better than the last 2. So after going to the front desk for a remote control. I was finally able to take a shower. Only to find out the bathroom only had rags, and hand towels. And you can't have 2 people showering with 2 rags, and one hand towel.
The next morning on check out day. The woman asked how was everything. I explained everything to her, just like im telling you. And she tries to blame the male desk clerk. WRONG
