"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. "Close to I70 so freeway noise, but great fenced in space for dogs, which was essential for us. Water was hot and a plus to have washer and dryer available. Guests are to wash dishes so had to re-clean everything we used, including coffee pot. Got warm during the day (no A/C) but 2 fans available, plus ceiling fan: cooled off overnight. King size bed too big for room so no nightstands. Recommend and would stay again. Georgetown is 10 minutes away: getting to hiking trails was quick and easy....

"We loved our stay at the Owl Chalet! The views were incredible and the house was very comfortable. We made use of the awesome kitchen and enjoyed having the screened windows open in the evening. Even in mid-June it got a bit chilly at night so no need for AC which was a welcome change for us! "Nice house. Just as listed. There was a small issue with the septic system and the property manager had it fixed extremely quick so it didn’t cause us any headache at all. The two king suites upstairs are massive and by far the best rooms if you want to have a quiet room in a house with a ton of people. The garage is gigantic. We will stay here again if we ever come back to winter park."
