Get ready to kick up your feet and relax at Downingtown Shoreline Estate! Our immaculate estate was newly re-vamped with attention to detail to ensure that it has everything that you need for the vacation of your DREAMS! Relax in the living room with an indoor gas fireplace, 75" smart TV, and additional sitting room with a 65" smart TV. With six bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a 50" smart TV, our home offers luxurious sleeping arrangements! The chef in your group will thank you for the beautiful and spacious fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping-up vacation goodies! With multiple sitting areas, there is a space for everyone to unwind, gather around with loved ones for evening chats, or enjoy your morning cup of coffee in solitude. We'd love to host your furry friends as well! Please note we do have an additional pet fee charge if you wish to bring them along. We ask that you disclose that when booking. Whatever your days hold, this estate will be a haven to return to!

We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Please Note:

1. PET POLICY: This property is pet friendly. A fee of $150 PER DOG must be paid before the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. Swim/soak in the pool at your own risk. Please note, that the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. We keep it closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly.

5. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

6. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at our estate!

Beautiful setting
The house overlooks a lake and a horse corral. It is large enough that my family members had a lot of privacy we had beautiful weather and we made use of the pool each day. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool didn’t have a hand rail to get in and out of it. I would go back again

Not too happy!
There was a heat wave and the ac was broken. They put in 3 portable acs but the rooms were so large that they did little. Temp in house was 83. We had to put the kids in the master on mattresses on the floor. We called to complain since only 2 bedrooms had portable ac and after lenghty talks they finally sent over a window ac that we installed. House had accibwebs
