Der offene Grundriss ist ideal für Familienfeiern. Setzen Sie an warmen Abenden die Belustigung draußen auf dem geräumigen Deck fort. Wenn die Sonne untergeht, können Sie am Kamin s'mores genießen, während Sie dem Abendruf des Loon lauschen. Der steinerne Strand bietet stundenlange Unterhaltung für Rock-Skipper und Rock-Hounds! Mit den drei mitgelieferten Kajaks können Sie das erstklassige Paddeln erleben, für das Drummond bekannt ist! Dieses Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer sowie Dachboden und 1 Bad. Der Queen Master im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig7. Schlafzimmer 2, ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Das Loft im Obergeschoss, das über eine traditionelle "Schiffsleiter" zugänglich ist, verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Came up to enjoy the off road trails with our two dogs. Cabin was great, beautiful location. Loved watching the freighters pass especially at night. Wood stove inside was amazeballs as it was slightly chilly. Only down side was the water smelled like sulfur. However nothing could dampen our spirits this weekend as I proposed to my girlfriend on the deck by the beach and she said yes!!!! We were both covered in mud from the trails which made it even more perfect!!!

A great time
Really loved the property and location-very private and a beautiful spot. Enjoyed the deck, having a fire, and the great views. Great family time and enjoyed going in to town. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets! Property could have been a little cleaner. Some dirt, dog hair, cobwebs. Nothing that would keep us away, but would have expected it to be cleaner. Definitely had to bring our own water.

Beautiful & secluded Cabin!!
My family chose this place for a lakefront family vacation away from the craziness of life and the HEAT!! The kayaks were used EVERY day, the cabin fit us all just perfectly and the island was an amazing place to get away to. Beautiful weather, watched the freighters, watched the pair of loons on the lake and saw a ton of deer! We couldnt have asked for a better place! We were worried about no A/C but we didn't need it!!! The nights were cool and the days were gorgeous. The cabin has nice little touches and we used the firepit together, used the telescopes and got some nice moon views and the beds were comfy and perfect. We did bring drinking water but the well water wasn't that bad at all. Thank you for such an amazing time, we plan to return!!

Comfortable Stay
This is a comfortable cabin, and it met all of our needs. The outdoor spaces were our favorite,-views, deck, fire pit, hammock, and sunsets were terrific. Also, local coffee was delicious and appreciated. Furnishings, linens and bathroom could use some updating, no a/c here, so just be aware of that if you're making the trip in warmer weather. Water is as others have said, quite hard, so bring plenty of drinking water. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks, sitting on the deck and walking on the beach. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. Only advice I can give to other’s is make sure you bring plenty of water for drinking and to cook with. The well water in the house smells pretty awful. I would assume a water softener with the appropriate salt would fix this issue. I

A wonderful getaway location for those who seek a serene setting and beautiful views. Open windows, Huron breezes and the soft sounds of waves were just the ticket to a good night's sleep. The rocky beach was great for fossil hunting, and we enjoyed the kayaks before cooling off for a swim.

Fantastic house and location! WOW
Loved Cream City Cottage. This house was perfect for a little getaway with 4 adult children (in their 20s). Kayaks were handy and right on the water. Water was clean and BEAUTIFUL. Grilled some burgers and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. Each star was visible in the clear skies w no city lights ANYWHERE AROUND. Would stay here again, loved it.

We took our family to "winter" and were not disappointed. The cabin is nestled in with trees and has an amazing view of Lake Huron. The water taste & smells of rusty pipes, but we knew that going in & planned for it. 2 of us slipped and fell down the stairs, but we're ok. I would suggest slip resistant strips be put down, but i think that will be done, the steps seemed brand new. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to come to Drummond Island again one day!
