„Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. “

„Die lage ist super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider hat der wasserboiler nach einem Tag nicht mehr funktioniert. Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort, daher war es nicht so schlimm. Alles andere war top👍 es hat alles gepasst und super funktioniert. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen der das volle Stadtleben geniessen will.“

„Property forgot to email details, had to call. Then put the wrong address in the email, had to call close to midnight after traveling again. Main office is within walking distance, but the after hours check in could be easier considering there are multiple apartments in the area. “
