„Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. „My family had a blast in the short time we stayed here. There was so much to do here without leaving the house. We were here for a wedding and it allowed my family to be in one place and I will treasure my time here always. The host and property mananger were very nice and communicate quickly. „I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place“

„When we got there we had to clear spider webs off the doors to open them up. (That should have been a clue) It was hot a stuffy in the house, but they left fans since there is no air conditioning (thank you). „I think bc I own a property that people can stay n I am very conscious of details of properties. 1st, a rug should b added 2 the top of the step as u walk n so people can differentiate the 2 levels. The microwave is cracked & should b replaced as well as the toilet seat. We could not find any detergent 2 wash the towels b4 we left. „I was surprised that there is an attached guest house that can be rented by another party. Property was frequented visited by outsiders who walked the property while we were there. The AC was on a program that froze us out at 4 AM. And the whistle noise around the master bedroom door was loud. The towels were not fit for goodwill. Beds were comfortable. Living room floor was dusty at checkin.“

It’s a studio suite in a single family home in a safe neighborhood in West Porterville with its own private entrance and access to a nice, sunny backyard.
