Reconnect with nature in our cozy mountain house! Located on a 6-acre lot, our house provides a comfortable and secluded getaway for groups of family or friends. Spend days discovering the forested area on your ATV or go boating on one of the nearby lakes.

Enjoy a refreshing getaway when you book a stay in our charming 2 Bedroom House in Tennessee! Ideally located close to several ATV trails, lakes, and hiking paths, our space offers the perfect destination to escape from the busy city life and enjoy nature. Ride your ATV directly from the house to the trails nearby, including Tackett Creek and Royal Blue Trails.

Our 1,300 sq.ft. house has 2 BEDROOMS. You'll find 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom.

Get ready for your day in the 1.5 BATHROOMS. We'll provide you with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer.

After a day of exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA with a lovely wood-burning fireplace. Curl up on the sofa and play a board game with friends and family or watch a show on the TV. You'll also find a DVD player to watch your favorite movie. Please note that our house has limited Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto the private patio and enjoy some fresh air or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit.

In the KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a fridge and freezer, cooking utensils, and dishes. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Grill up some hamburgers on the propane grill for dinner. You can enjoy all your meals at the dining table with seating for 6.

You're sure to enjoy your stay in our secluded mountain home on a 6-acre lot!

We recommend getting around the area by car. There is a detached garage behind the house. You can park in the garage, in front of the garage, or there is a gravel parking spot beside the garage.

We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.

Sorry, pets are not allowed on the property.

LOCAL FAVORITES

Bring your ATV and enjoy discovering numerous ATV trails nearby, including Ride Royal Blue, Tackett Creek, and more! If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at Rickard Ridge BBQ or El Charro Mexican Grill. King Doughnuts is a great local shop to pick up a tasty doughnut nearby. Grab a cup of coffee from ManaHouse Coffee or Common Ground Coffee. Pick up some groceries at Food Lion. In the summer, enjoy some of the nearby hikes or bring a boat and enjoy a peaceful day floating on one of the nearby lakes.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: While we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues in accordance with our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
• Please note that the Wi-Fi is very limited and there is no cellular service
• The property is nearby a lake. However, the water levels change throughout the year
• There is a train located across the street that you may hear during your stay
• Upon booking, please provide us with a list of all the guests' names that will be staying at the property
• Our mountain house is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to a wooded area, which means you may spot some wildlife
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be assessed at checkout if the house has been smoked in

Great Place, minus the internet
That was actually my 3rd time staying at that specific house. It’s conveniently located near town and the property offers plenty of space for multiple vehicles with the two car garage. My only complaint would be the internet. When you spend all day hunting in the woods, it would have been nice if the WiFi could have supported the use of phones and television.

We always rent a home when we travel to different areas to ride our SXS. This is by far the cleanest, most well supplied lovely home we have stayed in. Everything from the furniture to the linens to the kitchen supplies is great shape and good quality .

Nice place
The house/property was good. Great location for 4 wheeling. A liitle tight on the drive way for trucks and trailers. I asked if we arived a few hours early if we could park at the the property and go for a side by side ride and was told without quetion absolutely no. We travel 5 to 6 hours and have rented numerous cabins and this was the first time we were told no. I did not get the code to get into the cabin and had to drive 8 miles down the road to call someone to get the code. They did not leave a key to get into the garage. We had to call again which took several calls and i felt like the people on the phone didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t believe me. It seems like this is managed thru an online service so the person to person communication is lacking. We may stay there again but will make sure to have all our ducks in a row first.

Wonderful place to stay for people coming to ride the trails!
We really enjoyed the stocked garage which had lots of games for the kids and basic tools if you need them to work on your machines. Being able to our machines in a secure location was a huge plus. The only thing that would make it better is to have better internet service with Wi-Fi in the garage and 2 full baths, but no complaints at all. Great locations with close access to trails.

Accommodations were exactly as described and pictured. House was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Kitchen fully equipped with all necessities. Close to all the trails we wanted to ride. We have no complaints at all. Hope to stay again!! Only recommendation for guests…..if you have a long trailer, pull it in first to get situated.

Awesome Place!
Very nice, secluded, and clean place. Service and Wi-Fi isn't the best, but there was plenty of options to play games in the building as well as cards in the house. We will be staying here again when we come back to ride!

This property was conveniently located to UTV trails. Very spacious clean home. They have everything in their stocked kitchen. Including a crock pot. Nice bathrooms. Large living room. DVD player and lots of movies to choose from. Games. The 2 car garage has ping pong. Darts. Ice hockey games. Gage to lock once your in. Paved drive. We have a f350 and a 24' enclosed trailer. Not a problem. We will definitely stay hee again.

Great Experience!
We had an awesome experience! Management team was more than accommodating and quick with responses! Location was right where we wanted to be, in a SXS friendly area and close to the Tackett trailhead. House was clean, cozy and had everything one could need. Parking was a huge plus! The large garage was awesome and came in very handy for our kiddos to have outside time when we weren't out riding. Great experience! Will be booking again!

Great property for ATV/UTV owners
Great home with a great location. If you are looking for a place to stay while riding the trails....this is it. The location is close to trail entrances and you can ride directly to the trails, no trailering to parking areas. The garage was the absolutely wonderful - secure storage and an area to work on machines if needed. We had a crew cab truck and 20' trailer and there was plenty of room to pull in and get turned around without having to back in off the road. House was clean and well maintained. Overall, we will definitely stay here again when we come back to ride in the future.

The property was great! We had room for three vehicles and two trailers. The property manager drove out to the property to replace and test a carbon monoxide detector that went off during our stay. Locals helped with identifying trails and we had plenty of space for all of us!

Comfortable Stay
House is well maintained, fairly comfortable beds, plenty of room. Check in process was hard because of no cell service. Also, on info about house it doesn't specify that the key to the gate is in the lockbox on the door. Overall, once checked in was ok. I wish info about wifi being bad was more obvious so I would have known what to expect.
