„We always have a good time at the Farmers Inn. The rooms are newly renovated, nice and clean, the bathrooms are very chic. Here the whole package is right. A cosy pub, very good homemade food, great whisky selection. Who is not conclusive, Colin finds the suitable one :-). Drinks specials are always offered. For us a must be at the end of each Scotland vacation before it goes on to the ferry back to Germany.“

„Nice little place at a good price as we were going to The Open at Troon. No services in the village but next village has a great food pub and hotel that does decent pub Faye. when we visited the hotel bar and restaurant was closed for refurb but they did do a good breakfast“

„Didnt have my booking on the system, appeared to give me the reserve room that they use for last case scenarios. The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building. Free parking was the only decent part. “

„Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften 2 h vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen. Das erste Wort, das mir zum Hotel einfiel, als wir davorstanden, war „Spelunke“. Es sieht von außen recht heruntergekommen aus. Passt aber somit gut ins Umfeld. Der Hinterhof/ Parkplatz wurde des nächtens von laut herumschreienden Betrunkenen als Heimweg benutzt. Gut, wenn man neue schottische Schimpfwörter lernen will! ;-) Ruhe und Erholung findet man hier ...

„Very friendly staff in popular and welcoming village local. We only stayed one night and didn't eat here though the menu looked great. Obviously popular with locals and tourists alike for a small village it was busy on the Saturday night we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable though dated. The bed was a bit older than some but perfectly pleasant. The surrounding area is stunning with plenty to do within a short drive and lots of walking on your doorstep. Overall a most enjoyable stay. “

„We would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful time. It was our first family vacation. We spent almost 3 weeks in the lodge, along with our 21-month-old daughter and our dog.
