„This was a one week business trip and the hotel was good for saving money. It is located in a good location and they have good amenities. There is a restaurant, pool, sauna, and gym. The whole hotel is dated but they have taken good care of it and everything is clean. The room swrvice didn't come every day to clean but that was ok by me. I would definitely stay here again. “

„The hotel and apartment were great; my only complaint would be that it's a good distance from everything and no where is friendly towards pedestrians; there's a small shopping mall opposite the main road but everywhere else you need to bus/taxi/drive too (including the larger City Centre Bahrain shopping centre which is less than 300m away that you need to walk around and under the highway to get to) but this is more of an issue with Bahrain in general rather than the hotel.“

„Wir sind regelmaessig Gast im Westin (ehemals Kempinski). An und fuer sich gibt es wenig zu beanstanden. Verbessert hat sich meiner Meinung nach das Fruehstueck seit Westin am Ball ist. Die Lage direkt an der City Center Mall ist unschlagbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das wir 3 Stunden auf unsere Zimmer warten mussten. Haben die Zeit in der mall und Hotelbar ueberbrueckt.“
