Built in 1805, it is one of The Ferry’s oldest buildings. Fun fact: It was home to the original harbour master, back when Broughty Ferry was used as an international fishing port!

Newly renovated in 2023 with the environment and sustainability in mind, much of the furniture, fixtures, and fittings are recycled, upcycled, locally sourced and true to the heritage of the property.

The upper level consists of the master bedroom, a true sanctuary with its luxurious en suite bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower, along with another king size bedroom, dressing room with futon and family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
