Most of the infrastructure is 20-30 minutes away, so make sure that you have your gas tank filled and all of the food that you need when you get to the cabin. I do recommend using Fleabusters to treat the floors and furniture for fleas. My dogs started scratching the day after we got there. That is the only reason it got 4 stars.
