Fire the rental company Vacassa
Unfortunately, for the homeowners of this lovely property, the rental company Vacasa failed them as a management service. The condo itself was super quaint, kudos to the homeowners for making it so homey with nice touches. Unfortunately there was no guidebook, was hard to figure out how to run the lights, projector, TV etc. But once we figured it out on our own, things seem to be going well except we had no running water in the kitchen. Vacassa reached out to us on Wednesday the day we were to arrive to tell us that a plumber would be in the following day to fix the sink issue that we were having. We had stated we would be out that day doing some skiing but the plumbing company could come in to do the work. Upon arriving home Thursday after skiing all day we were greeted with, still no water. When I turned on the faucet, no water came out, we were left to believe that the plumber did not arrive. This happened until Saturday morning when I reached back out to the company as I did on Thursday evening telling them we still have no running water and my concern was met with an apology, no solution, no Customer Service saying “ The plumber actually came on Thursday- you should have running water.” Then we would’ve been able to figure out a solution. But instead I got an apology saying that they were working on the problem. This tells me the customer service representative had no idea at the time that the plumber had already been there. I reached back out to the company on Saturday,
