„Von Aussen nett, Innen eine Katastrophe. Altes abgewohntes Mobiliar, der Teppich klebrig. Alles ist renovierungsbedürftig, Schranktüren defekt, überall sieht es aus, als wenn versucht wurde was notdürftig zu renovieren. Und es mufft moderig. Definitiv nix zum Wohlfühlen. Der Empfang war dafür aber nett und herzlich. Parkplatz und Frühstück waren inklusive. Klassisches amerikanisches Continental mit einer warmen Eierspeise.“

„We all liove the various Connecticut shore towns, and Ild Lyme was delightful. We revisited some favorite spots, and discovered a few new ones. The vintage appliances were particularly nice to find, and looking at old photos, we realized that the original cottage was really 100 years old!“

„Our stay was incredible! The property was gorgeous- even with the home owners on property we barely saw them. We had full, private access to the backyard space- beach, pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc- all to ourselves. The property was clean and inviting and we will definitely go back. Everyone was so friendly and the area is picturesque. “

„This was our second stay here this summer and was, by far, the most enjoyable. I spend most of my time on a walker and found this house most accessible. The weather was exceptionally pleasant so we spent most of our time outdoors. The house was beautifully maintained. I would give one of my arms to have the brass lamp in the living room, !!!“

„We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Count House. Its location was perfect ... easy beach access, close to the highway, etc. Everything we needed was supplied for us to enjoy the beach, cook our meals, or play games. There was only one full-size kayak with paddle and the paddle board paddle was broken (but we used it by kneeling on the board!). We would definitely return.“

„My family and I had a relaxing vacation in this cabin. We spent our days fishing and swimming in the lake as well as hiking in some of the nearby nature trails. At night, we enjoyed the outdoor fire table, watched movies, and played board games. My younger children loved having access to the gaming station. The property was pet friendly, and our dog enjoyed exploring the yard. The owners were very prompt about communicating with us. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation!“

„Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures ...

„This weekend was my daughters 16th birthday. She loves the beach, we were looking for a place we haven't been before. I came across this one and went for it. We were not disappointed at all. This was such a cute little spot. Very clean and quiet for being on a busier street. Its set back far enough you dont hear traffic. Raj sent a ton of restaurants in the area and other places to go as well. His mother greeted us upon arrival, she was very sweet. Overall a great stay and will be back! “
