„My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It’s the perfect location to park the car and explore Dubuque on foot. Plenty to see and do. We took a short drive to the Mines of Spain park. We explored four of the fifteen trails. Ken is the perfect host. He communicates quickly and we love both of his properties!“

„This home was perfect for our group of seven adults. It was very close to everything in Dubuque we needed. It was clean and the finishes were nice. We were also pleasantly surprised at how much space there was for all of us to spread out. The spaces are even bigger than the photos make them seem. „We really enjoyed our stay in the modern, cottage-style property. No stairs and the fenced backyard were great perks for our young family as well as our senior-aged dog. The host was very attentive throughout the weekend. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and well explained. I loved the detail put into the simple, yet modern decor. Blackout shades were also appreciated! My boys had a blast on the bunk bed. Our family highly recommends the property! weekend. Check-in and out “

"We chose this hotel because the whirlpool room. The price was decent and the room was in decent condition. The room itself was very large. The living room has a small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, sink etc. the bed is comfortable… the whirlpool in the room was ideal. While not the newest hotel, nothing was stained or broken etc. 4 of 5"
